How Does It Work?​

We assess your firm’s suitability and conduct thorough KYC, AML and due diligence checks. We then submit your Appointed Representative and Approved Persons applications to the FCA. Once approved, your firm is listed on the FCA Register with its own Firm Reference Number. We support you with ongoing quarterly compliance reviews and guidance. The process is largely electronic and can typically be completed in weeks rather than the months required for direct authorisation.
